2026 Wildfire Preparedness Expo

CAL FIRE/PCFD Fire Station 10, 13760 Lincoln Way, Auburn

CAL FIRE and the Placer County Fire Department invite residents to this free, family-friendly event focused on protecting homes and neighborhoods from wildfire. Learn about home hardening, local Fire Safe Councils and the Firewise USA® Community Program, and emergency preparedness and evacuation — plus fire rescue equipment displays and a fire station open house.

Auburn Fire Department Announces the 2026 Robie Point Public Right-of-Way Project

The City of Auburn Fire Department and Public Works Department will begin Phase 1 of the Robie Point Public Right-of-Way Vegetation Management Project the week of March 16th, focused on improving emergency access and reducing wildfire risk by thinning tree canopy and trimming roadside vegetation along Robie Drive.
